Side by side comparison to an actual Honda oil filter showed many differences: 1) labels don’t match 2) top oil passage holes are much smaller 3) top inner gasket is shorter 4) inside oil passage holes are smaller 5) filter weight was lower indicating it likely has less filter material/surface area for actually filtering oil 6) fewer threads/shorter engagement area for attaching to vehicle Probably no worse than the $4 filters at local auto parts stores but falsely advertised as genuine Honda
