I’ve had 5 packs of Paperlikes and now I’m moving on to iCarez Matte protector with no regrets
I have bought about 5 sets of the “Paperlike” screen protectors, 3 from the official website, 2 from Amazon and I really like the idea of that product but with each set I noticed the adhesive was lasting less and less and I was replacing them way to frequently for the $30 price tag. On my last set the Paperlike didn’t last a week before it started peeling up so fed up with throwing away money but loving the feeling of my Apple Pencil on the matte protector I decided to give the iCarez protector a try figuring even if it was terrible I’m only out of $8 vs.$30 but I have to say this screen protector has far exceeded my expctations! It has the EXACT same feel as the Paperlike, cost a quarter of Paperlike, comes with more tools to help with aligning the protector ( I LOVE the rubber bands that are included), the adhesive is way stronger and you still get 2 in a pack. The Paperlike never worked well with the tempered glass protector I use. Overall, the Paperlike is a good idea in theory but it’s not special and you can get the same experience on a iCarez protector and save $22. I will say Paperlike is the reason I got in to digital planning but now that I’m more worried about cost and function over name I just don’t think it offers anything special.
