I bought this vacuum and at first I was really happy, buit that changed REALLY FAST. I used the vacuum less than 5 times when the vacuum hose just snapped, making the whole vacuum useless. I called Dirt Devil and spent like forever on the phone waiting to talk to someone. When I finally got to speak with an actual person he told me that Dirt Devil does not warranty the parts on their vacuum, only the motor. So even though the vacuum was within the warranty time and was used a handful of times they do not warranty the product in its entirety. I was offered a 10% discount on the part, but when I did the math it was basically about 30% of the cost of the vacuum in the first place. Thanks Dirt Devil for such amazing customer service. You stink and I will never buy another of your products again.
