Buy the DualScan model; this one lets raccoons get in.
Worked great for 4 years but now a raccoon has started coming in by pawing the door open (see video). The SureFlap website says I can upgrade to the newer DualScan model which is raccoon-proof for half-price, and when called, customer service offered to upgrade it free. That's very impressive; hopefully it will work. Buy the DualScan model first; don't buy this one.
