The seatbelt in the picture is sewn in the backing of the chair. The chair I received, the seatbelt was sewn into the bottom back area of the seat. When I put my son in the seat he almost fell out from the side when he went to reach for something. I love the chair but I'm sending it back. I'm not sure if I got a defective chair. If someone from Summer Infant could contact me that would be great.
