IMO use is NOT Keto Friendly!
When reading the front of the package it all sounds good until you get to the back, who know!!! The big ol' long word "Isomaltooligosaccharide" otherwise known as IMO is the worst ingredient for those following a Ketogentic lifestyle. The super fast rise in blood sugar is not part of the lifestyle. Perhaps this could have been left out. Nothing replaces a good recipe but they were super fast to mix up and throw in the oven. I did consume one brownie of which tasted pretty good.
