Cheap. Broke first use when tightening.
FIRST time using it, the metal mounting screw snapped off when fastening a camera to it. Cheap metal used to make the screw, and down where it connects it's only a half circle held in place by another half circle of plastic. That is the point where the metal screw broke. Not replaceable.
