I am writing this review after 2 years and 1 week of ownership and use. Although the quality of the sound is very good, intermittent drop-outs have been a source of all too frequent annoyance even though the distance between my transmitter and my listening location is only 10-15 feet. The wireless signal is very easily interfered with and determining the source of the interference is an exercise in futility. Another complaint I have is the very poor quality of the material that covers the ear cushions. It tears quite easily so be prepared to replace the ear cushions (and you have to purchase the pair even if you only need to replace one cushion). Last but certainly no least, no sooner did the 2 year warranty expire than the transmitter's digital output abruptly stopped working altogether. And it is the digital, not the analog, connection that I always use. So the headphones are now totally worthless for my purpose after only 2 years of use.
