From the get go we were lukewarm on this shower head. We liked the water pressure, but the hand piece didn’t always stay in the holder and at times would come down, often hitting the user in the head. A little over a week ago it started leaking water around the top where it was connected to the pipe. A slight annoyance, but we dealt with it. Then today, it came crashing down in the middle of use, which is totally unacceptable. It’s only been installed for a little over a month. It appears it broke apart from the piece that screws into the pipe. It is made completely of plastic and doesn’t appear to be durable. We were not rough with it and never jerked on it, etc. Now we’re beyond the return window and have wasted our money.
