I purchased this same product a few years ago, loved it. We moved home so wanted another. Unlike the previous one that required me to assemble the entire shower, being careful with washers and O-rings this one, obviously a later model, arrived 90% already assembled. There was only a couple of steps to installing it. I was thrilled. However once installed and turned on water spewed out from all the pre-assembled parts. Taking it back down was a nightmare as the grub screws, which I was very careful not to over tighten, would not undo as they immediately stripped as they are made of such cheap and soft metal. It took hours to get the damn thing off the wall and on the floor and the same thing happened with other grub-screws. I discovered no washers in several places and as the thing came partially assembled, unlike the first one I built there were no small bags of rubber washers to add. They must have been missed out in the factory. Unfortunately I ordered it assuming I'd be installing it within a week of delivery but the move was delayed by a tiling issue and today I am two days beyond Amazon Prime's return date. Not Amazon's problem, totally mine. Bottom line is: My advice is don't buy this shower, it used to be a really great product, now they seem to have cheapened the quality and the pre-assembly obviously leaves much to be desired.
