"Lifetime Replacement Guarantee" is not happening thus far!
It's a truly wonderful mat in terms of function, but the beautiful blue pattern started to fade horribly by the time we had it 90 days. Contacted the seller for a replacement, received a reply immediately, asked for a replacement and have been waiting entirely too long for a response to my request for them to honor their "Lifetime Replacement Guarantee". Will update when & if anything further happens, but as of now I'm completely ticked off.
