It takes nice pictures and is easy to operate. One small problem....you cannot access your pictures on your computer without purchasing a special cord that is not included in the this package. Supposedly it can be done wirelessly, but in order to do so you have to register your camera with Canon. The website to do so is listed incorrectly in the manual. The 800 number for tech support is listed incorrectly. We called the 800 number and were told to call another number. We called that number and talked to someone who deals with printers. Go figure. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked with us for nearly 45 minutes with no success. My husband then had to drive 20 minutes to a Wal-Mart where he bought a $17 cord to connect from the camera to the computer. We'll see how that works tomorrow. My question.....why not include the cord in the package from the beginning? The customer could still go with the wireless route if they wanted to hassle with it. Otherwise use the cord. Very frustrating and disappointing.
