40 more sheets divided by 8 rolls. Not higher mathematics, no, but doesn't it SOUND good? Go figure why a very favorite of reviewers is the older edition of the 8 roll HUGE compared with the new offering. I bought up FOUR of the older version because they are cheaper than this new offering. I have HEARD that each of these sheets is smaller and please note that the OLDER picture of Select-A-Size was used for the new offering! These are NOT as absorbable!!!!! These do not even TEAR off the roll right but all raggedy! OMG! WHY did they take a WONDERFUL Select-a-Size favorite and mess with it so HORRIBLY? My closets will fill with the older version and just MAYBE the rolls I have can outlive ME rather than the other way around! The new ones are thin, thin, thin and AWFUL. No more manufactured are our favorites! What can we do? We know the benefit of smaller, less absorbable (meaning: thin) paper towels was NOT in our favor but done in the name of what benefits the makers of Bounty, eh? So sad. One more thing that really works is down the drain and gone, gone, gone! Be careful when buying! Some are sending the NEW ones but using the older picture of the Select-A-Size! It happened to me and I have these raggedy, thin, almost useless and cheap feeling paper towels! One could call this a mistake some sellers are hoping will just not be noticed, I guess. NOT ME! Right is right. But these towels are the PITS now! I will mention in this revision that the third party seller of the "new" version used the OLD picture and when pointd out that this was just plain unacceptable in terms of the law, he gave me half my money back. Half doesn't begin to cover how quickly these new HORRIBLE paper towels should cost, yet the new ones cost about five dollars MORE per eight rolls. Yeah. Give me those extra five, USELESS sheets per roll. Yeah! Oh, my! Time to change to a cheaper paper towel because the new version certainly is worse than Sparkle (bought for my classroom cleaning of white board) or some of the recycled paper ones I have tried in the past!
