Can't give zero stars, which would be more appropriate because the download doesn't work. I have been trying for a week to update the QVC app on my Kindle Fire HD without success. Have complained to QVC but that doesn't seem to help. This is ridiculous - roll out a mandatory update and then mess it up so you can't download it. Even stranger, when I go to the Amazon App store on the Kindle and search for QVC, I don't find it, but if I look on Amazon at my desk computer I do. So is it here or not?
