I purchased th UD18 and was excited to use it. The first thing I found is that the app required to operate via phone isn't mention anywhere. After searching I found it on a web site "Mediafire." App isn't on Play Store. The app requires you to create an account- no sweet. But they request too much personal information-including you SSN. I refused, and uninstalled it... BE Careful !!! They don't need all this information...
