This is a total rip off. We purchased this generator from amazon and bought SquareTrade extra warranty. We used it 2 times total. Does not even have 4 hours on it. Went to service this year (fresh gas and oil etc) and overload light on and won’t put or charge anything. Called SquareTrade and after supplying all documentation and 10 days later they tell me WEN has a two year warranty and I have to go through WEN. 10 Days later and 2 hours on phone with a repair person from WEN cant fix the problem. He informed us we would need to send it in. He said that they would provide shipping labels that I needed to go through the website. After emailing all documents in and several days of waitin I sent two more emails and two voicemails I get a response telling me via email I will need to pay shipping one way and by the way provide them with my credit card. This is the biggest RIP OFF I’ve been involved in!!!!
