I was going to order an older model for less price but decided to spend the extra $ to get this new model. I liked some of the features this new model has, such as larger capacity, better access to clean edges, etc. The cleaner is ok, not too heavy and not too loud. I thought it did a decent job (water was dirty) until I went over the 'just cleaned floor' with my old mop (ones with refillable pads that costs $15). I was very surprised when the pad was quite dirty. I should preface by saying my floor is not very dirty to begin with. We do not wear shoes in the house and have no children nor pets tracking dirt in. I am disappointing and will not be keeping such expensive machine that doesn't clean well.
