I purchased this for my small business. At first it worked just fine after finally figuring out how to install the software which was a pin in the butt. This printer wastes a lot of labels due to it randomly feeding two, three labels for one print. Just last weeks the labels began jamming and not printing the full label. I have tried cleaning the printer but it did not help. My recommendation would be spend more and get a better label printer.
