Was tempted to buy after viewing infomercial, but was influenced more by short to the point negative comments than "long winded" comments that I suspect were created by Copper Chef employees. Nevertheless I remained open minded enough to visit a local store that sold the product. The first thing I noticed was the large pan looked smaller than it appeared on TV. No way that even smaller sized pork chops could fit in pan. The pan was also very light and flimsy even on the bottom and seemed to be made of aluminum. Right away I realized this would warp quickly and it would not take 850° to do it. I was just about to walk away when a woman approached me and said, "don't do it". She told me she just returned from customer service and had returned a set just minutes to go. I asked her what was wrong with it and she just said, "what wasn't wrong with it". As I walked away, I thought that a company that would use the words "copper chef" to sell a product that was obviously not made of copper should not be trusted to provide anything of quality.
