Set it up, plugged in and remote didn't work. Called customer service 3 times, each time after, submitting info (model # serial#) waited an additional 10 minutes then was disconnected. Went on to YOUTUBE videos to see if I could trouble shoot the problem myself, tried everything videos recommended and still couldn't get it to work. This is a Brand new product! So in conclusion, I never got the product to work in the first place and lousy customer service
