I am very sad about this book - although the author is the wife of a high-ranking LDS leader and "heart" md, she has no appreciation for "free agency", ability for unconditional love, human qualities. and the reason for a Savior. This was disheartening and I could not help but cry out in pain for the child's sadness over-perfectionism - this causes suicidal tendencies and I do not recommend it to anyone. I prefer Dennis the Menace, who's child-like love of life, obvious child mistakes make him lovable and human!
