The glass cracked about a month in, without me doing anything physical in the watch (I happened to notice it after getting out of a car ride). Edit: I lowered the rating even more bc the crack was from the inside of the watch due to a manufacturing defect, yet when I contacted them to fix it they said "we don't fix glass, it's not covered." After quoting their own warranty to them and pointing out manufacturing defects are covered, they said they'd send me a new glass free and I should go fix it myself, absorbing the cost of changing the glass and time/hassle spent getting it done. After more arguing, they agreed to cover the cost of changing the glass, but I'm still left with the responsibility of getting their own manufacturing defect fixed. IT IS NOT OK TO PUT YOUR COSTOMERS THROUGH THIS!!
