I ordered these a few days prior to the huge storm in Texas that wiped out our power for days. They arrived in time and I charged them. On the morning the power went out and my phone got down to 30% I plugged it into one of them. All of a sudden my power was down to 3% - 2% - 1% and in a matter of seconds it powered off. I didn't have time to text my family to let them know my phone had died. I tried it plugging it in again but my phone ignored it. I tried to power my phone on several times and it tried to start and then immediately powered off. The roads were one big sheet of ice and my family became very concerned as it was my only source of communication without other power. Before I wrote a scathing review I wanted to contact Miady to see if I had done something wrong. They only had one tiny sheet of paper with info in the packaging and half of it was in Japanese. I could find no website for them although the info did give a contact email. I emailed them and have waited over a week with no response. I suggest if you buy these to definitely try them out before you need to use them as they certainly did not work for me. BTW - my phone was able to charge with my car (once I could pull it out of the garage) and once the power went back on it charged just fine in the house.
