After 15 days of taking this I ended up in the emergency room and was admitted in intensive care unit for another 3 days. The first time I took the pills I was immediately in stomach pain for about an hour. So I lowered the number of pills down to 2 pills and still continued to hurt my stomach for about an hour. I should have given it up then, but I wanted to see the benefits since the stomach pain was temporary. Over the course of the next few days the stomach pain was brief maybe 15 minutes. It was making me burp and there was a horrible weird smell that I can’t describe. I just assumed it was the liver taste. I can’t eat real beef liver because I can’t stand the taste. I kept taking it and in day 15 in the morning I had dark water stools about ever 10 minutes. And the stool smelled just like the burps after taking these supplements. By noon I started throwing up black blood and smelled the same way as the burps after taking these supplements. Make a long story short I almost bled to death from an ulcer. I passed out from the loss of blood and was taken to the ER by ambulance. I had an endoscopy and I had an ulcer and my stomach lining was inflamed. The biopsy from the endoscopy results came back and I tested positive for H.Pylori with gastritis. I might have had a bad batch, but if you take this and immediately you have a stomach ache stop immediately taking this supplement. From this experience and what I went through I no longer take any supplements.
