Last time I or my family will ever purchase a Bissell product. I understand some items are defective and need to be replaced. Never would I have ordered it if I had known how uncaring Bissell's customer service is. They really didn't care that I had a brand new item that didn't work. Felt like they made a buck, and that's all that mattered (a company that I will never be a patron of again). Purchased it on Sept. 23rd 2018. Rarely used it in the last few months, and now it's conveniently outside the return window. Amazon took my to Bissell's return/warranty site, which is a complete joke (you would think you were servicing a car!). I wanted something simple that would last beyond 3 months. This did not, and I completely regret the purchase. UPDATE: Amazon came through and permitted me to return the item. Will purchase a steam not, but will certainly never use or recommend Bissell! Using online ordering for 20+ years (and thousands of products among hundreds of companies), Bissell is easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Beware!
