I did a yogurt test on the probiotic and it indicated that all of the bacteria was dead within the capsules. This review is not a criticism of the product as much as the way Amazon stores and ships the product. I would be careful about ordering this probiotic through Amazon since it is very temperature sensitive. You're likely to get the same results I got and end up with a worthless probiotic.
