I have cancer and heard high alkaline water could help. I decided to buy the most expensive alkaline water machine available on Amazon since I assume it will be superior and I don't want to take chance on my drinking water. Yes, it does produce high alkaline water. However, our house water is hard. I contact the Air Water Life. They told me the filter in the unit won't filter out calcium in the hard water and sold me another $139 filter kit. Installed and just got the test result today. It showed me the same hard water result (over 425ppm). I will be harmful to drink hard water and it will be even more harmful if I use water softener (salt). Up until today I still couldn't drink the water from the machine. I need a solution from the vendor and willing to update my review if the resolution is to my satisfaction.
