BROKE after 2 months. DO NOT BUY. I have a 1,500 square foot basement. I had this and another dehumidifier running. The humidity level reading numbers started to glitch out immediately. It still ran. I noticed two weeks ago that it wasn’t running at all. DO NOT BUY. Poor investment. Fan and filter is clean, air vent completely open on the top, hose runs to drain, water bucket empty. No reason it should have stopped working. UPDATE: Kesnos customer service reached out. After three email exchanges I was told I had to delete/change my review before being issued a refund. I have NEVER been given an ultimatum by a company’s customer service. Honestly, this has never been about getting my $187 back. It’s been about helping buyers be informed about the products they are buying. Now you are being informed about the product AND the company. Typically a business resolves an issue and the customer changes their review based on how it was handled. What an embarrassing moment for Kesnos.
