I purchased this camera and out of the box it wouldn't work. I spent over 8 hours and multple customer support sessions trying to get it fixed. Nothing, couldn't get it working. So then I tried to get a replacement camera since mine was not working. I was told no. I paid for a working camera, it arrived broken and not working, but no, I'm not allowed to get a replacement camera. Save your money and time and all this hassle and don't purchase this. It looks like I'm not the only one having issues with it so learn from our mistakes and don't buy it. Not to mention you can never get in contact with anyone at gopro to get any help. I've been trying again to contact them and I can't. It's not a fun experience that's for sure.
