The workout is a little too aggressive for me. Very hard on wrists and neck. Changes in positions too fast. But what really bugged the heck out of me are the ads! I paid $75 for these dvds and there must be 2 hours worth of ads on them! They should have paid me for the dvds to have to listen to these ads. Very, very disappointed. If I could request a refund, I would. But guess, since it's opened I can't do that, right? Or can I? Marie Graziano
