Special invite gone wrong: Loose parts rattling inside unit. No replacement offered.
No replacement was offered which really stinks. My family has been waiting for a long time to open up one of these but I really didn’t trust this unit.
All my kids were crying when I wrapped it up and put it back in the box. It was kind of surreal for me also.
The rattling sounds like several medium sized screws bouncing around inside. That could mean a number of things and none of them are good. This is an expensive appliance and I expected better quality control from Sony.
I also wish Amazon had a few extras on hand for this kind of situation.
