I bought this product before buying my car to run a diagnostic. However, I was shocked that the instructions stated that it can be used by dealers to "ERASE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!" I think this represents a very bad business practice and is borderline fraudulent. Savvy, educated consumers like me buy this product to avoid being scammed by car dealers, but this product helps them to deceive the public. I returned it and would give it a 0 rating. It's "giftable" to shade tree mechanics or shady used car dealers.
