I have reached out to the seller and did not receive a call back. Caution!!! Stay away from this product. I had to replace the screen on a Galaxy Note II which cost me $170.00 to do because the clips did not hold the phone tightly. I took that replacement as a lost just in case I had some fault on not securing (which is not the case) Since then, I secure my personal phone which is a Galaxy S5 with two rubber bands. Yesterday, the grip portion of this holder broke off while I was riding, the phone was still attached with the rubber bands but landed face first. Today it cost me $300.00 to repair the S5. I tried reaching Greatshield and the buyer before putting a negative comment but neither have contacted me. So for a $15.00 holder, it cost me $470.00 in screen replacement.
