Hello I make most of my purchases from Amazon, cannot beat their delivery and prices!! However with this toothbrush I am very unsatisfied!! I am not sure if I received a defective one but the shaft that the brush heads attach too comes off now. My children and I can no longer use the tooth brush, which only lasted 3 months after I gifted the family it for Christmas. Unfortunately the return window has closed and now we have a non working tooth brush and new heads that haven't even been used yet.
