I used mine for less than a year and it started to crack and leak near the top. It looks like sun damage, but it wasn't stored for any extended duration in direct sunlight. These jugs are thin to begin with. This is surprising because I've been using Reliance products for a long time now, and the previous, taller 7 gallon jugs were made with thicker plastic and used to last for years and years.
