I purchased the Prairie Ridge Swing Set all cedar for my grandkids, I ordered it on April 16, 2016. It was delivered on April 26, 2016 although due to sickness we did not get it put together until June 4, 2016. I have two small grandsons that weigh less than 60 lbs. each, when we completed the swing set they immediately started using it. The first thing I noticed was the cracking and popping of the wood on the swing set. the swing set is falling apart, support beams have split in to, screws are backing out, it is falling apart each time they play on it. We paid a lot of money for this product for it to be so cheap made. My wife and I drove 4 hours to put this set together for the grandchildren, we hadn't left yet when the problems started. Some bolts were missing, we went to a hardware store to buy bolts to finish the set. Let me assure we put the set on level ground and made sure it was square and put together correctly. My son and daughter in law have stopped the kids from playing on it due to safety concerns. I discussed the problems wit Backyard Discovery and they said they would replace the wood that was splitting apart, but I would have to pay the shipping.
