GARBAGE. NO RETURNS!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡Worked great a few times then cheap plastic tip kept coming off and finally tiny crucial part went down drain. POS craftsmanship. Expected way more from Panasonic and Amazon. I have been an Amazon customer since 1998 and am rarely dissapointed. I'd order another one but you know the saying, "fool me once, your shame. Fool me twice.."
