Be prepared to deal with overseas Chase Customer Service reps who only know how respond with boilerplate responses, and treat all customers as if they were teens applying for their first credit card. Be careful: If you ask for a minor change, they will make you submit all you financial info and run another credit check...even though the account was only open a couple weeks. We worked hard for our outstanding credit rating, and credit checks are marks against you. Plus, we tried to use the card and the dentist and it was declined. I talked to their customer service and they could not explain it. The card has nice features, but we will probably close the account and use a card with a company that we have been with for more than 40 years.
