We had this cover for 1 year and 7 months but out of that time it was only used twice 6 months & 7 months for 2 winters and it already separated and started coming apart. Don't let the manufacturer fool you with this 8 year warranty bulls*** cause that is exactly what it is! They only gave us 50% credit of $14.74 which is half of what it cost but it has an 8 year warranty. You would think it would be a better product and since it is 8 year warranty and it didn't even last 2 complete years that would only be 25% deduction giving us 75% credit! Then to top that off, their product sucked so they want to charge us $17.01 to ship it to us! Basically they just want us to pay for a brand new cover, so with that being said, we will just purchase a better quality one and buy it from someone else because trust me, you get what you pay for and basically this cover has no warranty and they don't stand behind their product because if they thought they had a good product, they would give you more credit for such a short period of time and not charge you shipping since it isn't your fault it tore up!!!!!!!!!! We did everything by their instructions too, exactly with support in middle of pool just like the instructions & pictures which we still have slong with warranty because I throw nothing away!
