My sister passed away on March 16, 2020. I took her little Corgi, Lucky, he is 16 years old. When we brought him to our house, his back legs were in horrible shape. I didn’t think he would be with us much longer. No fault to my wonderful sister. She had a great heart for animals, unfortunately the last bit she was alive, she just wasn’t able to give him the care he had received before she succumb to cancer. Having a lot of experience with geriatric dogs, I immediately put him on CBD/hemp oil and Cosequin as well as getting him on a high quality dog food. Within a few weeks he was getting around much better. At 4-6 months, he was doing fantastic. Friends who saw him when he came to live with us are astounded that this is the same dog. He would trot after me down the hall playing, he even went on vacation with us to Savannah and later to St. Augustine. And he did great. In the car, in the hotel. Going out to do his business. I was low on Cosequin and getting ready to order when I saw the ad for this Yumove product. So, I thought I’d try it. Not so good. Within a week to two weeks, Lucky was noticeably “stoved” up again, rear legs stiff. He was obviously struggling to get up and move. Nope, Yumove, in the trash, and back to Cosequin. he is starting to show signed he’s getting back to a bit easier movement. I won’t switch again. *** Just note when you are shopping for supplements, especially hip and joint, TAKE NOTE of the milligrams, whatever brand you buy. Yumove is considerably lower than the Cosequin brand. Also, take note that it is in milligrams(mg) and not MICROgrams(mcg). It may say X,-thousand micrograms, but that may equal just a very few MILLIgrams. It’s just a way to make it sound like it has very high amounts, when in fact it is very little. For example, 5,000 MICROgrams is actually only 5 (five) MILLIgrams. So, BIG difference.
