The only conceivable way to give this product a favorable review is to consider this product relative to the other ways you can purchase Quickbooks Pro and Enhanced Payroll. If you're stuck with Intuit as many of us are, this is the most economical way to purchase Quickbooks Pro and Enhanced Payroll. For the last 3 years, I've bought the bundle with ZERO interest in upgrading the software. Rather its the cheapest option for the payroll subscription. A few other truths: 1) You can't register the product without giving Intuit a credit card. Even if you have a single employee and don't need to buy anything else, they will force you to provide a credit card. Doing so gives them permission to auto-enroll you in a renewal of payroll service at a MUCH HIGHER PRICE. 2) You'll spend more than an hour on the phone getting them to cancel the auto-renewal and at least another hour chasing them down for an email to confirm it. 3) Support is offshore and the worst I have ever encountered. For your own health, I strongly recommend ending your conversation when the representative chuckles at your frustration and aggravation. Its highly probable that you will not accomplish anything and only increase your blood pressure. 4) Cross your fingers and hope that a real alternative emerges. Intuit gets away with their legal but unconscionable business practices because they have a monopoly. They know you're stuck and are going to add insult to injury by having you jump through hoops and accept abysmal value for their "products".
