Purchased August of 2015 - No longer works February 2016. For $300 I expected a lot more use than six months. While it worked it was great, left the mask fresh and clean with no effort. Then it quit working, the lights come on but nothing happens. It is out of warranty and the shipping costs to send it to the manufacturer to "troubleshoot the problem" was excessive, so my husband took it apart. Turns out the diaphragm in the air pump has a hole in it and it won't pump air. No the manufacturer won't send a replacement and we haven't found anywhere to buy a part that should probably cost $2.00. Would not recommend this, it was a waste of money.
