Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Running 2560x1440x144Hz. First cable worked for about 2 months then I started experiencing the flickering others have reported. Capshi sent me two replacements and they flickered from the start and never worked. Back to the too-short OEM cable that came with my monitor until I can find a better one. Too bad because with the braided cable and metal connectors I wanted to like this cable. EDIT: At least their customer service is prompt and helpful - they offered to replace or refund right after I posted this review. EDIT 2 (3/12/19): The company continues to send me emails requesting me to change my review if I'm satisfied with the replacement. Suffice to say I won't change my review - I'll only add onto it (like this update). Obviously they're very conscious of their review image and while I had a pleasant experience with their customer service, I never had a cable from them that worked properly, so I will not be changing my review.
