I was happy with this clock up until the point where one of the tubes failed. It was delivered on 4-Feb and the tube failed on 8-Apr; just over two-months of operation for product that cost $330 is unacceptable. Be warned that the tubes are soldered to the main circuit card, and thus difficult to replace. The seller will not fix or replace the unit and suggests that I purchase a new tube from them. Since the tubes are not socketed, there is a high probability the circuit board may be compromised in an attempt to remove and replace the 13-pin tube. Do not purchase this product. There are other Nixie tube clocks available with socketed tubes and with unconditional 1-year warranties. By the way Amazon also stated that they will not guarantee the product as of 8-Apr.
