Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I’m going to be contacting the sellers. I’ve done everything I know how to do to try to make this thing work. I’ve read the reviews on this product and most of them were horrible. I’ve seen the pictures that were posted from the reviews and I was horrified. When mine arrived, I was happy to see that I had only 2 very tiny scratches on the screen and a few scuff marks on the back. I set it up within 2 min, as I own several apple products. What I didn’t realize is that the IOS only went to 9, which really pissed me off. So what my intention was to make more room on my phone and delete apps there and put them on my iPad failed, because the apps were NOT compatible with this iPad. I downloaded some of the apps that WERE then they continuously CRASHED! Every time I open the app or when I’m doing something important for WORK! This is bull crap! For $169 it’s not a bad deal, but for $75 more I could’ve gotten one from the Apple store with an IOS version up to date that would’ve been suitable to my needs. Another thing that very same night when going to charge it, the power cable cord got stuck inside the iPad and when I went to take it out, it crumbled. I have pictures of that. Also it appears to be something shoved inside of the iPad’ Charging deck. Maybe food of some sort. To me it looked like caramel. Regardless, I’ve had this about a month and enough is enough. I’ve tried to work with it and I just can’t. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
