NEEDLE FOUND IN TOY - SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN
NEEDLE found in one of the toys. See pictures. Do not buy these. This is a serious safety concern and we are unsure of how this needle got in the toy. We received the toys yesterday and our 3 year daughter found this needle in the water spout mouth hole when we opened them up and she was playing with the toy in the tub. We will be filing a complaint with Amazon and the manufacturer.
