I originally though great product. It was working great. had a LOT of growth then approx. 2 1/2 mths ago with my last 2 purchases. My last 2 bottles had capsules with darker contents in them on arrival. As shown in the above pic. The contents of all my previous bottles looked were lighter in color. I added a pic of the 2 side by side. I sent a message to the company to see if they were old or if there was a change to the product....that was in early Oct. I have yet to receive a response. However, they diligently send requests for a review. so here it is. They were working, I kept & used the last 2 bottles with the discolored cap, now they aren't working. I know this cause there was a noticeable change to my hair texture with the previous orders. It was softer in texture & shinier. That has changed. So gook luck if you try them, since if you get a bad batch the company doesn't do crap for you. I will not be ordering from them anymore. I will gladly pay more elsewhere to get consistency with my product & customer service.
