Do not buy this lock. Immediately after installation, I was able to lock the door with the key ... but not unlock it. That's a major problem since the lock is installed on a shed door, and there's no other way in. Don't believe that there is customer service available. There's not. You can't reach them by phone and can only fill out a form on their website -- but don't expect human contact. MiLocks' customer service is *amazingly* bad. Don't bother with this lousy lock, and lousy company.
