I just got this product, and as I do with Every item I have been buying; I disinfect it first. when I was doing so, I felt that the Top was Loose, and it almost fall off of the container, I immediately opened it (thinking it will have a cover or a protection plastic), but it had None, it didn't have a protection film or so. And Not Only that, it had an Ugly look, it Looked like if someone has opened it before and grabbed a big amount of it. It looks like a second hand product. It looks like if it was opened and used before. I have read so many Great Reviews about the quality of the face lotion, and I am Still Very excited to get to use it.... But I just Do Not feel comfortable using it or applying It on my face. I Do NOt feel comfortable receiving that product in that condition... Specifically These days when You want everything very well Closed and sealed for your own safety. I added some pictures of HOW EXACTLY I RECEIVED IT. it also gives me the impression that the Quantity it's not complete.
