The style and weight of the product was great. It looked and felt like a solid product. Love the little light on it. I wasn’t planning on using it to do heavy lifting, just needed something for a daily clean up of dog hair. It couldn’t even handle that. It’d pick up a little and then the rest of the time it just pushed it all around. At one point the unit even clogged after not much time. I wanted to love this, but it can’t handle even the lightest of messes so I had to return it. Update 1/14/22 The company has written me more times than I care to go back and count offering apologies which at first seemed nice, but now borders on harassment. They keep asking what option I want- a refund or a replacement. I have been adamant about a refund from the start. They have begged me to change my reviews. They ignore my requests for a simple refund and to stop being harassed. Don’t even bother with this company- the product doesn’t work and they will never leave you alone. Update- later in the day 1/14/22 Yet another email—- this time with the wrong name telling me to remove my review first in order to get a refund. This is ridiculous. I’ve never experienced constant harassment from a seller on Amazon. I changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star.
